The British Marine Federation is the trade association for the British boating industry. The Federation's 1,500 Members account for a substantial amount of the industry's turnover and employ around 30,000 people. They are drawn from both the seagoing and inland sectors of the marine industry covering the leisure boat, hire fleet, commercial workboat and superyacht categories and supporting services.

The APEA is a UK based organisation, drawing membership from all quarters of the petroleum industry, including Regulators from National and Local Government Authorities, Oil Companies, Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers, Service and Installation Organisations, Training Establishments and many others. It is seen to be unique in representing all sides of the industry and in providing a forum for debate and the generation of technical guidance.

We are delighted to support the Jubilee Sailing Trust

A unique charity that aims to promote the integration of people of all physical abilities through the challenge and adventure of tall ship sailing. The JST owns and operates two tall ships, Lord Nelson, and Tenacious. These magnificent ships are the only two vessels in the world that have been purpose-designed and built to enable a crew of mixed physical abilities to sail side by side on equal terms.

We are delighted to support the Tug Tender Calshot Trust, set up in 1997 with the prime aim of restoring CALSHOT to her 1930's profile. It is intended that she will eventually become part of the Port of Southampton's educational programme. There will be school visits and the ship will offer hands-on experience for the Sea Cadets Corps as well as serving as a base for other maritime organisations. CALSHOT has now been recognised officially, being included in the National Register of Historic Vessels. She is now one of only 46 in their core list of pre-eminent historic vessels.

RV Callista is the newest addition to the School of Ocean and Earth Science's fleet of "inshore craft, docked at the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton.  It provides a coatal research platform for local marine enterprise and industry, as well as education programmes for groups and students of many disciplines. We are pleased to support their work towards a better understanding of our marine environment.
