DESPATCH
Goods will be despatched within 2 working days unless we notify you otherwise in writing. On receipt of such written notification of the estimated shipping time, you will have the right to cancel your order if necessary.

REFUNDS
Since 1991 we have never had a dissatisfied customer - if you have a concern please call us for advice before returning the product. Goods returned unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase will be refunded in full. Carriage costs shall be paid by the person returning the goods, unless the reason for return was caused by Liquid Engineering. We may choose to arrange for collection of goods by our own courier.
